45-51 Sea Road, Westgate On Sea. This continued problem with the development in Sea Road is having a real effect on nearby residents, everyday they wake up to this eye sore on 45 - 51 Sea Road. Somebody, somewhere has to take responsibility for the neglect of this land and the increase of vermin and continued vandalism. This development has now stood still with no movement for over 5 years, surely common sense prevails that new homes of any character built on this land is far better than the poor / derelict state currently as it stands today.
